LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 15
Designation of time and place of arbitration

(1) The arbitrator shall designate a time and place in Hong Kong for the
arbitration to take place.
(2) Notice of the time, date and place for the initial hearing shall be sent
by the clerk to the parties, in accordance with section 34, at least 21 days
prior to the date fixed for hearing and notice for each hearing thereafter
shall be given as the arbitrator may determine.
(3) The arbitrator may conduct hearings, hear witnesses and hold meetings for
consultation at any place he considers appropriate, having regard to the
circumstances of the arbitration. (Enacted 1994)
