LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 11

Replacement of arbitrator

(1) In the event of the death or resignation of the arbitrator during the
course of the arbitration proceedings, a new arbitrator shall be selected in
accordance with the provisions of section 9.

(2) If an arbitrator is unable to act due to illness or other incapacity or is
absent from Hong Kong, the procedure in respect of the challenge and
replacement of an arbitrator shall apply.

(3) If the arbitrator is replaced, any hearings held previously shall be
repeated unless both parties and the new arbitrator concur to proceed on the
basis of notes taken at such prior hearings. (Enacted 1994)
