Application for approval as surveyor, competent person or qualified person
PART II
APPROVAL OF SURVEYORS, COMPETENT PERSONS AND QUALIFIED PERSONS
An application for the approval of a person as a surveyor, competent person
or qualified person shall be made in the prescribed form to the Director and
be accompanied by the prescribed fee. (Enacted 1994)
