Pre-operational inspection

KIDDIE RIDES

(1) Every day before the commencement of operation of a kiddie ride for use by
members of the public, the owner of the ride shall inspect it or cause it to
be inspected to ensure that it is in safe working order.

(2) The owner of a kiddie ride shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept
and maintained, a log book recording every inspection of the ride made
pursuant to subsection (1).

(3) The owner of a kiddie ride shall permit the Director to inspect and copy
any log book kept by the owner under subsection (2), and the owner shall
afford facilities for such inspection or copying as may be reasonably required
by the Director. (Enacted 1994)
