AMUSEMENT RIDES (SAFETY) (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) REGULATION - SECT 26

Protection of persons employed

The owner of an amusement ride shall ensure that protection against injury of
all persons employed in the operation of the ride is provided by-

   (a)  the issue of safety equipment to be used when working in a situation
        where an employee may be subject to risks; and

   (b)  adequate training as may be required by the Director subject to any
        modification of the ride or amendment of the operation and maintenance
        manuals and procedures. (Enacted 1994)
