AMUSEMENT RIDES (SAFETY) (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) REGULATION - SECT 22
Location of rescue equipment
The competent person in respect of an amusement ride shall ensure that the
equipment provided for the rescue of passengers is located at strategic points
and that the equipment is sufficiently protected from deterioration by the
action of weather, loss by stealing or damage. (Enacted 1994)
