AMUSEMENT RIDES (SAFETY) (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) REGULATION - SECT 17
Competent person to implement maintenance schedule
The competent person in respect of an amusement ride shall ensure that the
ride is maintained regularly in accordance with the maintenance schedule kept
by him under section 16. (Enacted 1994)
