AMUSEMENT RIDES (SAFETY) (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) REGULATION - SECT 15
Control of passengers
The owner of an amusement ride shall ensure that arrangements are made at the
ride and the areas associated with it for the marshalling and control of
persons using or intending to use the ride so as to provide for safe and
orderly traffic, embarkation and disembarkation. (Enacted 1994)
