AMUSEMENT RIDES (SAFETY) (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) REGULATION - SECT 12
Prohibited goods
The chief operator on duty when an amusement ride is in operation shall ensure
that there is not carried on the ride any goods likely to cause inconvenience
or annoyance to any passenger on the ride or prejudice the safe operation of
the ride. (Enacted 1994)
