AMUSEMENT RIDES (SAFETY) (OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE) REGULATION - SECT 10

Pre-operational examinations

Every day before the commencement of operation of an amusement ride for use by
members of the public, the chief operator on duty shall ensure that-

   (a)  a thorough examination of such indications, controls and safety
        devices as may be required by the Director has been carried out; and

   (b)  the ride is in safe working order. (Enacted 1994)
