AMUSEMENT RIDES (SAFETY) (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 4

Fee payable under section 21 of the Ordinance for the designation by name of persons who may exercise powers conferred by sections 19 and 20 of the Ordinance

The fee payable under section 21 of the Ordinance for the designation by name
of a person employed by the owner of an amusement ride who may exercise the
powers conferred by sections 19 and 20 of the Ordinance is $385 for each such
person. (Enacted 1994. L.N. 60 of 1996; L.N. 29 of 1997)
