CIVIL AVIATION (INSURANCE) ORDER - SECT 15
Offences in relation to the production of declaration
A person who, with intent to deceive, makes any false statement in a
declaration made by him for the purpose of section 9(1) commits an offence and
is liable on conviction to a fine at level 5 and to imprisonment for 2 years.
