CIVIL AVIATION (INSURANCE) ORDER - SECT 13
Obstruction of persons
Any person who intentionally obstructs or impedes the Director or any
authorized person in the exercise of his powers under this Order commits an
offence and is liable on conviction to a fine at level 5 and to imprisonment
for 2 years.
