CIVIL AVIATION (INSURANCE) ORDER - SECT 10
Power to require documentary proof in advance
The Director or any authorized person may require an operator or a commander
of an aircraft intending to land or take off in Hong Kong to cause to be
produced to the Director or the authorized person in respect of that aircraft
the documentary proof required by section 7.
