HONG KONG AIR NAVIGATION (FEES) REGULATIONS - SECT 6

Withdrawal of an aircraft from service

Where an aircraft is withdrawn from service, a fee of 1/12 of the fee provided
for in paragraph 6 of the Schedule is payable for each month or part thereof
that the aircraft was in service after the issue or last renewal (whichever is
the later) of the certificate of airworthiness.
