AIR NAVIGATION (HONG KONG) ORDER 1995 - SECT 77
Use of aerodromes by aircraft of Contracting States
The person in charge of any aerodrome in Hong Kong which is open to public use
by aircraft registered in Hong Kong (whether or not the aerodrome is a
licensed aerodrome) shall cause the aerodrome, and all air navigation
facilities provided thereat, to be available for use by aircraft registered in
other Contracting States on the same terms and conditions as for use by
aircraft registered in Hong Kong.
