AIR NAVIGATION (HONG KONG) ORDER 1995 - SECT 67

Flight Information Service Manual

A person shall not provide an aerodrome flight information service at any
aerodrome unless:-

   (a)  the service is provided in accordance with the standards and
        procedures specified in an aerodrome flight information service manual
        in respect of that aerodrome;

   (b)  the manual is produced to the Chief Executive within a reasonable time
        after a request for its production is made by the Chief  Executive;

   (c)  such amendments or additions as the Chief Executive may from time to
        time require have been made to the manual.
