AIR NAVIGATION (HONG KONG) ORDER 1995 - SECT 52
Stowaways
A person shall not secrete himself for the purpose of being carried in an
aircraft without the consent of either the operator or the commander thereof
or of any other person entitled to give consent to his being carried in the
aircraft.
