AIR NAVIGATION (HONG KONG) ORDER 1995 - SECT 50
Smoking in aircraft
(1) Notices indicating when smoking is prohibited shall be exhibited in every
aircraft registered in Hong Kong so as to be visible from each passenger seat
therein.
(2) A person shall not smoke in any compartment of an aircraft registered in
Hong Kong at a time when smoking is prohibited in that compartment by a notice
to that effect exhibited by or on behalf of the commander of the aircraft.
