AIR NAVIGATION (HONG KONG) ORDER 1995 - SECT 21

Validation of licences

Adaptation amendments retroactively made - see 36 of 1999 s. 3

The Chief Executive may issue a certificate of validation rendering valid for
the purposes of this Order any licence as a member of the flight crew of
aircraft granted under the law of any country other than Hong Kong. A
certificate of validation may be issued subject to such conditions and for
such periods as the Chief Executive thinks fit.
