AIR NAVIGATION (HONG KONG) ORDER 1995 - SECT 17

Access and inspection for airworthiness purposes

The Chief Executive may cause such inspections, investigations, tests,
experiments and flight trials to be made as he deems necessary for the
purposes of this Part of this Order and any person authorized to do so in
writing by the Chief Executive may at any reasonable time inspect any part of,
or material intended to be incorporated in or used in the manufacture of any
part of, an aircraft or its equipment or any documents relating thereto and
may for that purpose go upon any aerodrome or enter any aircraft factory.
