Objections and representations

Responsible persons or bodies who may reasonably be considered by the Chief
Executive to have an interest private or public in the matter of the issue or
refusal of a licence may, in the form and manner, and within the time,
prescribed in Form 3 in the Schedule, make representations or objections with
regard to any application for a licence.
