AIR TRANSPORT (LICENSING OF AIR SERVICES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 28

Information regarding financial resources of an applicant to be treated as confidential

Nothing in these regulations shall require the disclosure by any applicant for
a licence, operating permit or permit to any person other than the
Licensing Authority or the Director-General of Civil Aviation (as the case may
be) of information as to the financial resources of the applicant and any such
information received by the Licensing Authority or the
Director-General of Civil Aviation from any such applicant shall be treated as
