PART IV

GENERAL PROVISIONS

It shall be a condition of every licence, operating permit or permit that the
requirements of any law or instrument having the force of law, for the time
being in force in Hong Kong, relating to air navigation or air transport shall
be complied with at all times during the currency of the licence,
operating permit or permit in connexion with all journeys made under the
licence, operating permit or permit. (L.N. 140 of 1969; 36 of 1999 s. 3)
