AIR TRANSPORT (LICENSING OF AIR SERVICES) REGULATIONS - REGULATION 23

Issue of permits

(1) The Director-General of Civil Aviation may grant to any person applying
therefor a permit to use aircraft for the provision in Hong Kong of such
air services (other than such a service as is referred to in regulation 3(1))
for such period and on such conditions as may be specified in the permit. (36
of 1999 s. 3)

(2) The Director-General of Civil Aviation may attach such conditions to any
permit as he may think fit having regard to the nature and circumstances of
the application therefor. (L.N. 326 of 2000)
