BEDSPACE APARTMENTS (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 4

Adjustment of licence fee

Where a licence is issued under section 12 or renewed under section 13 of the
Ordinance for a period of less than 12 months, the fee for issue or renewal
shall be determined by multiplying one-twelfth of the fee under section 3 by
the number of months for which the licence is issued or renewed, as the case
may be. (Enacted 1995)
