BEDSPACE APARTMENTS (APPEAL BOARD) REGULATION - SECT 9

Representation

At the hearing of an appeal-

   (a)  the appellant may be represented by a barrister or solicitor; and

   (b)  the Authority may be represented by a barrister, solicitor or legal
        officer. (Enacted 1995)
