BEDSPACE APARTMENTS (APPEAL BOARD) REGULATION - SECT 10
Abandonment of appeal
(1) The appellant may abandon the whole or any part of an appeal by notice in
writing to the Chairman, with a copy to the Authority.
(2) When giving a notice under subsection (1), the appellant shall serve a
copy of the notice on the Authority. (Enacted 1995)
