LAND DRAINAGE (CONSENT AND APPROVAL) REGULATION - SECT 4

Further information may be required

The Drainage Authority may in writing require, within such time as he may
specify, the applicant or his authorized representative, if any, to supply in
duplicate such further plans, details, specifications and other information as
the Drainage Authority may consider necessary to enable him to give proper
consideration to the application. (Enacted 1995)
