LAND DRAINAGE (CONSENT AND APPROVAL) REGULATION - SECT 2
Interpretation
In this Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires-
"applicant" (申請人) means a person seeking the consent or consent and
approval, as the case may be, of the Drainage Authority under section 26 or 27
of the Ordinance. (Enacted 1995)
