ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD (WITNESSES' ALLOWANCES) RULES - RULE 5
Allowance to be claimed within 3 months
Any sum allowed under these Rules shall cease to be payable unless claimed
within 3 months from the date on which it was allowed.
