Notice of hearing

(1) Upon receipt of a request filed under rule 87 the Registrar shall send to
the person making the request notice of a time when he may be heard, which
shall be not less than 10 days after the date of receipt of the notice by that
person.

(2) If the person making the request intends to be heard on the matter he
shall, within 5 days from the date of his receipt of the notice, file notice
of his intention; and if he does not do so he may be treated as not intending
to be heard. (Enacted 1992)
