Application for entry of registered user

REGISTERED USERS (SECTIONS 58 TO 63)
An application to the Registrar for the registration under section 58 of a
person as a registered user of a registered trade mark shall be made by that
person and the registered proprietor by filing Form TM-No. 45. (Enacted 1992)
