TRADE MARKS RULES - RULE 73

In connection with an application to alter a registered trade mark the
Registrar may for the purposes of advertisement at any time require the
applicant to comply with rule 22(5), if in the opinion of the Registrar an
advertisement describing the addition or alteration in words would not be
likely to be understood by persons interested in the matter. (Enacted 1992)
