Advertisement of request to enter disclaimer or memorandum

Before deciding on a request made under section 50(1)(e) for the entry of a
disclaimer or memorandum, the Registrar shall advertise the request in the
Gazette in order to enable any person wishing to do so to state, within 2
months from the date of the advertisement, any reasons in writing against the
making of the entry. (Enacted 1992)
