TRADE MARKS RULES - RULE 55

Application by registered proprietor for variation of regulations

(1) An application by a registered proprietor of a certification trade mark
under section 68(1) for variation of the deposited regulations shall be made
by filing Form TM-No. 25.

(2) Where the Registrar requires such an application to be advertised by the
applicant in the Gazette the time within which any person may file notice with
the Registrar of opposition to the application shall be 2 months from the date
of the advertisement. (Enacted 1992)
