TRADE MARKS RULES - RULE 46

Entry in register

When the Registrar is satisfied as to the title of an applicant under rule 40
he shall cause him to be registered as proprietor of the mark in question in
respect of the relevant goods or services and shall enter in the register-

   (a)  the name and the trade or business address of the new proprietor;

   (b)  any address for service filed under rule 100; and

   (c)  particulars of the assignment or transmission. (Enacted 1992)
