Application by subsequent proprietor for registration of assignment or transmission

ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSMISSION (SECTIONS 41 TO 44)
Where a person becomes entitled by assignment or transmission to a registered
trade mark, application to register his title shall be made by filing Form
TM-No. 14. (Enacted 1992)
