Advertisement of trade mark under section 15(9), 51(2) or 51(4)

An advertisement under section 15(9), 51(2) or 51(4) shall be made in the same
manner, with such modifications as may be required to suit the circumstances,
as an advertisement relating to an application for registration. (Enacted
1992)
