WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING BYLAW - SECT 8
Lane changing
The driver of a vehicle shall not, unless authorized to do so by a tunnel
officer or by a traffic sign, cause or permit his vehicle or any part of it to
be on or over or to cross the continuous double white lines dividing the
tunnel and the tunnel area into lanes.
