WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING BYLAW - SECT 14 

Fire on vehicles

If a fire occurs on or in any vehicle, the driver of the vehicle shall-

   (a)  stop the vehicle as soon as practicable, if it is not already
        stationary; and

   (b)  immediately vacate the vehicle and activate the nearest fire alarm if
        it is safe to do so.
