WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING BYLAW - SECT 12

Traffic confined to the nearside lane

(1) The following vehicles shall, except when otherwise directed by a
tunnel officer, be driven only in the nearside lane inside the tunnel-

   (a)  a bus;

   (b)  a goods vehicle having a permitted gross vehicle weight in excess of
        5.5 tonnes;

   (c)  a vehicle requiring a permit under section 21;

   (d)  a vehicle to which section 22 applies;

   (e)  a vehicle towing another vehicle.

(2) In subsection (1) "bus" (巴士) and "goods vehicle" (貨車) have the
same meanings as in the Road Traffic Ordinance ( Cap 374).
