WESTERN HARBOUR CROSSING REGULATION - SECT 8

Offences and penalties

Any person who fails to comply with any order, signal or requirement given or
made by a tunnel officer under section 5, or who obstructs or interferes with
a tunnel officer acting under section 6, commits an offence and is liable to a
fine at level 2 and to imprisonment for 6 months. (Enacted 1997)
