AMUSEMENT GAME CENTRES (APPEAL BOARD) REGULATION - SECT 10

Representation

For the purposes of any appeal-

   (a)  the appellant may be represented by a barrister or solicitor; and

   (b)  the Commissioner may be represented by a barrister or a solicitor or a
        legal officer within the meaning of the Legal Officers  Ordinance (
        Cap 87). (Enacted 1993)
