JUDICIAL OFFICERS (TRIBUNAL) RULES - SECT 9
Hearing in camera
(1) Every hearing shall be held in camera unless the Tribunal determines that
there is good reason for it to be held in public.
(2) Where a hearing is held in camera the Tribunal shall determine which
persons may be present. (Enacted 1996)
