JUDICIAL OFFICERS (TRIBUNAL) RULES - SECT 3
Service of notice
(1) The notice referred to in section 6(2) and (3) of the Ordinance shall be
served personally.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) the Tribunal may make
such order for substituted service as in all the circumstances may appear to
be just. (Enacted 1996)
