Repeal and saving

(1) - (2) (Omitted as spent)

(3) Where immediately before the commencement of this section any act, matter
or thing done in the exercise of a power or performance of a duty or function
under any provision repealed by subsection (2) was in force or effective, such
act, matter or thing shall continue to be in force and be of effect as if done
under this Regulation, notwithstanding its repeal until such act, matter or
thing otherwise ceases to be of force or have effect. (Enacted 1995)
