Where in this Regulation any act or thing is required or authorized to be done
in the presence of a candidate or all the candidates, the election agent of
the candidates, the polling agent of the candidates, or the counting agent of
the candidates, as the case may be, such act or thing shall not be invalidated
only by reason of such person or persons not being present as so required or
authorized. (Enacted 1995)
