Tendered ballot papers

If a person, representing himself to be a particular elector registered in the
relevant final register, applies for a ballot paper after a person has been
issued with a ballot paper as such elector, the applicant shall, upon
answering the questions specified in section 32(3)(a) and the relevant
question in section 32(3)(b) (or where appropriate a question asked pursuant
to section 32(3)(b) and section 32(5)), to the satisfaction of
the presiding officer, be entitled to mark a ballot paper in the same manner
as any other elector, but before that ballot paper (in this
Regulation referred to as a "tendered ballot paper") is given to the
applicant, it shall be endorsed on the front with the word "TENDERED" and
