Delineation of polling stations

(1) The Chief Electoral Officer shall, as regards an election or a
by-election, before the poll commences -
(a) delineate the polling station on a plan or map; and
(b) display outside the polling station, that plan or map.
(2) Before the poll commences, the presiding officer shall, delineate clearly
by marks, barriers or in such other manner as he thinks fit, the polling
station in accordance with the plan or map referred to in subsection (1).
